TABLE TENNIS.

The Mount Gambier Table Tennis Association’s Spring season comes to a close this week with finals in all grades.

The Division One final will be played between the Dad’s Army team of Col Hutchesson, Lynda McPharlin and Garry Fox and the JarJars team of Robert Attiwill, Aaron Jellesma and Julie Robinson. This should be a close match with Dads Army being slight favourites. The doubles rubbers could decide this one.

Division Two sees the clash between Batmen, Daniel McPharlin, Steven Maynard and Justin Hutchesson and Two and a Half, Jon Aston, Ben Rowe and Emily McPharlin. A weakened Two and a Half will need to play at their best to take this one out.

Division Three sees the clash of the 2 front runners the Crows team of Michael Maynard, Kyle Newlyn and Rayelene Flynn and the Home Brand team of Michael Hole, Michael Millhouse and Dylan Marshall. The clash between Newlyn and Hole will be the highlight, however Crows would be slight favourites to take this one out.

In Junior Grade One, the Jet Fighters team of Chris Cappelleri, Francis Touzel and Ryan Judd will start strong favourites over the Rockers combination of Ryan Lockwood, Kane Brastone and Robert Ware.

In Junior Grade Two, The Rockets team of Bianca Terry, Ellen Beal and Jesse Watson take on the Smashers trio of Allana Guthridge, Peter Ware and Eden Ling. Rockets would be slight favourites in this one.

Tuesday.

Division Two. Two and a Half v Batmen.

Division Three. Crows v Home Brand

Wednesday.

Division One. Dads Army v JarJars

Thursday.

Junior Grade One. Jet Fighters v Rockers

Junior Grade Two. Rockets v Smashers

All other players on all finals nights to play scratch matches.

The Summer Season will start on week commencing Jan. 29^th.
